After 10 years as a customer, today I ask for a medicine for my dizziness (which I have always bought) and the sales girl who shouldn't even sell medicines asks me for the prescription which unfortunately I didn't have with me. Bottom line, I leave without the drug, I buy it in another pharmacy. How to gain customer loyalty They won't see me again

I have been using this store for several years and I am always welcomed with professionalism, friendliness and a lot of attention to my needs. The staff is always available and I find everything I need. And then even online they are amazing, I order and pick up the same day. Thanks for being there

They are all kind, the pharmacy is very large and clean. The only flaw is that they don't make tampons and some products are a little expensive. Otherwise perfect

Very kind and helpful staff. Very quick in getting medicines that are missing or difficult to find, in fact they manage to get them the next day. In my opinion very efficient and professional.
